Return & Refund Policy

At Apostle Vestments, we value your satisfaction and want you to have full confidence in every order. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, or refunds may be processed for your purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refunds and Cancellations

We accept refunds or cancellations only if:

  • The order has not been made, not yet processed, or not yet started in the embroidery machine.

  • The item has not been delivered or shipped to the customer.

Once production or embroidery has begun, the order is considered in progress and can no longer be canceled for a full refund.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at apostlevestments@gmail.com with your order number.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).

  • The item does not match the specifications or description provided on our website.

  • The product was not delivered as promised or arrived in poor condition.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged or altered after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

  • Items returned after the 7-day grace period.

However, custom-made, embroidered, or personalized vestments may still be returned if they meet the conditions in Section 2 (e.g., wrong design, defective stitching, or incorrect specifications).


4. Return Shipping and Fees

  • If the issue is from our side (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product, incorrect embroidery), Apostle Vestments will cover all return shipping fees and send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • If the issue is from the customer’s side (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered, incorrect address), the customer will shoulder all shipping and handling costs associated with the return or exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.


5. Refund Process

Once your return or cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method (PayMongo, PayPal, or bank transfer).

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

  • For partial refunds or adjustments, we will inform you via email before processing.


6. Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
If you wish to exchange for a different product, you may do so only if the item is unused and within 7 days of receipt.

Exchange shipping costs follow the same rule:

  • Our fault: we shoulder the cost.

  • Customer’s fault: customer shoulders the cost.


7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered:

  • We will coordinate with the courier (e.g., DHL, LBC) for investigation.

  • If confirmed lost in transit, you will receive a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Recheck your PayPal or bank account.

  2. Contact your payment provider — posting delays may occur.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at apostlevestments@gmail.com.
