At Apostle Vestments Tailoring, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and customer responsibilities for both local and international orders.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made or embroidered items may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use trusted courier partners to deliver our products safely and efficiently:

  • Domestic (Philippines): LBC, J&T Express, or other reliable local couriers.

  • International (Export): DHL Express or other trusted international carriers.

The carrier will be assigned automatically based on your location, delivery preference, and package type.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).

  • You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • For international shipments, the rate follows the DHL Zone Rate Table for the corresponding country or region.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import taxes or duties upon delivery.

  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS or chat through messenger.

  • You can use this number to monitor your shipment status directly through the courier’s website (e.g., DHL.com, LBC, J&T Express).

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take every precaution to ensure that your items are well-packed and shipped securely.

  • In case of loss or damage during transit, please contact us immediately at apostlevestments@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Please keep the original packaging and photos of the damaged item for claims processing.


9. Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Apostle Vestments are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the order is handed over to the courier.
We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the courier or customs authorities.


10. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship from the Philippines to most international destinations.

  • Certain regions or countries may be restricted due to courier limitations or local import laws.

  • If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
